About the role
Case Investigation Officers are responsible for the timely and proportionate investigation of a personal caseload of investigations to enable the NMC to fulfil its statutory obligation to protect the public. You will assess and process individual cases in accordance with statutory processes and standard operating procedures. You will have the ability to analyse evidence, understand detailed policies and procedural frameworks and will have good IT literacy. You will be able to communicate clearly and tactfully with customers at all levels, both internally and externally. You will strive to deliver high standards of customer care and will be competent in dealing with conflicting demands and prioritising your workload effectively.
